Angelo Sabblah is a UEFA B Licensed coach with over 20 years of experience in youth soccer development across two continents. Originally from London, England, Angelo relocated to the U.S. in 2012, where he has since built a reputation as a thoughtful educator and leader in the game. He holds a Master’s Degree in Soccer Coaching Education from Ohio University and has coached at every level — from local grassroots to elite national platforms. His resume includes roles as a Head Coach for Oregon ODP, a Region IV ODP Staff Coach, and as a Technical Director for a local Development Academy program. Currently serving as a Head Coach in the ECNL, Angelo is also the founder of The Player Development Project — a growing platform designed to develop youth soccer players through a comprehensive program that focuses on player-centered learning, technical proficiency, and position-specific understanding; while also equiping coaches with modern, research-driven tools for creating player-centered environments. Angelo's work blends tactical periodization, ecological dynamics, and long-term athlete development into a clear, practical coaching philosophy.
